THE MID-FAIRFIELD
SUBSTANCE ABUSE COALITION (MFSAC)

The Mid-Fairfield Substance Abuse Coalition (MFSAC) is one of fourteen Regional Action Councils (RACs), under the direction of Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (DMHAS), established to prevent and address substance abuse issues in the community. MFSAC facilitates a conduit through which current federal and state information is channeled to and from these Local Prevention Councils.
